PHOENIXVILLE, PA - FHR (Fellowship Health Resources, Inc.), a non-profit behavioral healthcare organization with services spanning seven states, is pleased to announce the promotions of three directors to key leadership positions. Vanessa Evearts, MSS, LCSW, Danielle Gasperone, MA, CPRP, and Erin Kilpatrick, MA, LPC, CPRP, ATR-BC, will jointly assume the responsibilities of leading the organization's services and operations in the state of Pennsylvania. Evearts, Gasperone, and Kilpatrick will also become members of FHR's Executive Leadership Team.
Together, they will ensure that the organization's programs foster hope and recovery for individuals in FHR's care, and grow to reach additional populations.

"Their experience in overseeing programming, ability to master new concepts quickly and efficiently and commitment to the individuals FHR serves makes them the ideal choice for this role."
In addition, they will ensure that FHR's programs operate according to state, federal, accrediting, and organizational mandates, providing oversight so that the principles, policies, and practices of FHR are efficaciously implemented to promote quality practice and prevent risk to the organization. They will also monitor compliance with the agency's Strategic Plan and other policies and procedures, as well as with policies and procedures of funding sources and other federal and state regulatory agencies.
Vanessa Evearts will serve as Director of Clinical Services. She joined FHR in 2011, when she began working as a Mental Health Therapist, later taking on the roles of Team Leader, and most recently, Clinical Supervisor. During her time at FHR, Vanessa has played a crucial role in the implementation and growth of the Mobile Mental Health Program. She earned a Bachelor of Science at the University of Delaware and a Master of Social Services from Bryn Mawr College and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
Danielle Gasperone acts as Director of Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services. She began working at FHR in 2014 as a Case Manager, and was later promoted to Assistant Director of Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services. Danielle earned a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication from York College of Pennsylvania, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from West Chester University, and a Master of Arts from Bellevue University. She is a Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner (CPRP).
Erin Kilpatrick holds the role of Director of Case Management and Peer Support Services. She began working at FHR in 2011 as a Mental Health Therapist. She was promoted to Director of Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services, later taking on oversight of Case Management and Peer Support programs. Erin earned a Bachelor of Arts at Marywood University and a Master of Arts from Drexel University. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), a Registered and Board-Certified Art Therapist (ATR-BC), and a Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner (CPRP).
