Opportunities Include: 

Recovery Support Worker: Provide general daily care of program individuals. Assist young adults through geriatric individuals with chronic mental illness in learning the necessary daily living skills to achieve social, economic, emotional, and personal independence. (Full-time, part-time, and relief). Qualifications: High School diploma. One year full-time experience in providing direct care services to mentally ill people preferred. 

Recovery Advocate: Provide counseling and advocacy in therapeutic setting assisting young adults through geriatric individuals with chronic mental illness in achieving social, economic, emotional, and personal independence. (Full-time and part-time). Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in human services field is required.
 
Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA): Responsible for general daily care of program individuals. Assist young adults through geriatric individuals with chronic mental illness in learning the necessary daily living skills to achieve social, economic, emotional, and personal independence. (Full-time and part-time). Qualifications: High School diploma. Certified Nursing Assistant Certification and License. A commitment to community-based residential mental health services. One year full-time experience in providing direct-care service to program specific mentally ill clients preferred.
 
Team Leader: Leads, manages, and provides daily supervision of programs, as well as communicates agency vision and implements strategic initiatives within the region.  Assures that the appropriate services and supports are offered to person serviced based on the guiding principles of PRISM. (Full-time). Qualifications: Advanced education in counseling, social work, clinical psychology, or closely related discipline. Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred. Minimally, three or more years of behavioral health experience required; however, management experience preferred. Computer literacy required.
 
Assistant Team Leader: Assists team leaders in the management, and supervision of programs, as well as communicates agency vision and implements strategic initiatives within the region. Assures that the appropriate services and supports are offered to person serviced based on the guiding principles of PRISM. (Full -time). Qualifications: Advanced educational in counseling, social work, clinical psychology, or closely related discipline. Bachelor’s degree required and two or more years of behavioral health experience required; however, management experience preferred. Computer literacy required.
