FHR holds ‘A Night To Remember’

FHR North Carolina’s annual capstone event, ‘A Night to Remember,’ brought the community, staff, individuals in recovery, and family members together for a night of celebration. Over 250 people gathered at The Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, taking part in this year’s international theme, which featured Jamaican and Chinese décor.

An important part of the evening was the presentation of Path to Victory awards, which were awarded to individuals in FHR’s programs across the state, honoring those who had overcome significant obstacles in their recovery.

Delicious food, music, and dancing the night away consumed the rest of the evening, thanks to The Barbeque Lodge, Bunisha Jones, Travis Jackson, and the infamous DJ Inferno.

“This year’s event was a huge success,” shared FHR Program Director Dana Barnes. “The Good Shepherd Lutheran Church was so accommodating to us, and we would like to thank them for their hospitality.”

A special thank you to all of those who attended, see you next year!
