Raleigh resident Brandon Robinson joins FHR outpatient staff
Raleigh, NC – June 21, 2012 - Fellowship Health Resources, Inc. (FHR) recently hired Brandon Robinson, LPC, LCAS, CCS, as the new Director of Substance Abuse and Correction Services.
“We’re very excited to have Brandon join our team,” says Regional Director Diana Wydo. “Brandon brings with him a wealth of experience with the North Carolina system of substance abuse. FHR North Carolina anticipates new growth in our substance abuse programming under Brandon’s leadership.”
Originally from Detroit, Robinson studied Psychology at Western Michigan University. He received a Master’s Degree in Substance Abuse Counseling and Rehabilitation Services from East Carolina University, and has worked in inpatient programs, outpatient clinics, and as a Licensed Therapist for more than eight years.
Most recently, Robinson was the Clinical Director for Cottage Healthcare Services in Raleigh. As a Certified Clinical Supervisor, he will oversee the outpatient substance abuse programs and work directly with the Department of Public Safety.
“I’m looking forward to narrowing my passion to the field of substance abuse treatment services here at Fellowship Health Resources,” he says. “I worked with the Department of Public Safety even before my undergraduate studies, so I’ve also kind of come full circle in that aspect as well. I’m excited to have a direct clinical focus directly by supervising substance abuse treatment services.”
