FHR elects two new members to its Board of Directors

Robert Colucci and Kelly McGee join behavioral healthcare organization to provide industry expertise

Lincoln, RI – November 7, 2014 – Fellowship Health Resources, Inc. (FHR), a non-profit organization providing services to individuals with mental illness and addiction disorders across seven states, has announced Robert Colucci and Kelly McGee as members of the organization’s Board of Directors.

Both leaders in their fields and in the Rhode Island community, Colucci and McGee join FHR’s Board of Directors, furthering the organization’s continued growth and mission of assisting people of all ages in improving their behavioral health, well-being, and quality of life.

Colucci, Vice President of Finance at Collette Vacations, brings over 25 years of financial experience to the organization. In his role at Collette Vacations, a $275 million tour operator, Colucci is responsible for worldwide financial reporting, accounting, budgeting, and investment strategy, among other fiscal duties. Prior to this position, he served as Finance Manager of Cookson Electronics, Vice President of Finance & CFO of Daly & Wolcott, Inc., and Corporate Controller of The Providence Journal Company, all located in Providence, Rhode Island. Colucci received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Accounting from Providence College and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Bryant University, and is a Certified Public Accountant. Colucci also serves on the board of directors of the RI Chapter of the March of Dimes. He currently resides in Greenville, Rhode Island.

McGee, an Associate Attorney at Donoghue, Barrett & Singal, P.C., in the firm’s Health Law practice group, has extensive experience providing consultation and legal services to individual and institutional healthcare providers. She assumed primary responsibility for the coordination of applications and documents for the first for-profit hospital conversion approved by the Rhode Island Department of Health and the Rhode Island Attorney General, and has drafted legislation, including opioid overdose prevention legislation, for a state professional physician association. She received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from the University of Arizona, a Master of Arts (M.A.) from Northwestern University, and a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Boston College Law School. Before joining Donoghue, Barrett & Singal, McGee worked as an attorney in the legal department at Five Star Quality Care, Inc., in Newton, Massachusetts, and as an associate attorney at Archstone Law Group. P.C., in Waltham, Massachusetts. She resides in Pawtucket, Rhode Island, and her civic and charitable activities include serving as a board member of the Rhode Island Women’s Bar Association, and on the Rhode Island Leadership Council of the Arthritis Foundation.
