WomenInc. Magazine, a leading publication dedicated to the comprehensive coverage of women’s achievement in business, has named Debra M. Paul to its 2019 Most Influential Corporate Board Directors. This honor recognizes Debra for her distinguished professional accomplishments as one of the top women executives, influencers, and achievers contributing their leadership on corporate boards.

With more than 20 years of practice in the healthcare field, Debra currently holds the position of Chief Executive Officer of Fellowship Health Resources, Inc. (FHR), a multi-state behavioral healthcare organization headquartered in Lincoln, Rhode Island. Prior to this position, she served as CFO for the organization. Debra spent more than 10 years at Women & Infants Hospital, where she held a number of leadership roles, most recently CFO and SVP. She also worked at KPMG, where she specialized in servicing healthcare and life sciences clients. She holds an undergraduate degree in accounting and a master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Bryant University.
She serves on the Board of Directors of AMICA Mutual Insurance Co., Blue Cross Blue Shield of RI, Substance Abuse + Mental Health Leadership Council of Rhode Island, and is a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors, Healthcare Financial Management Association, RI Society of CPAs, and AICPA.
