Providence business professionals give back to FHR as part of national volunteer initiative
Providence, R.I.– More than 45 employees from CBIZ Tofias recently volunteered at Fellowship Health Resources, Inc. (FHR) as part of CBIZ’s goal of encouraging employees to give back to their local communities – an initiative recognizing the company’s 20th anniversary.

The volunteers were split into groups, painting the interiors of three group homes in Cranston, West Warwick, and North Kingstown. This volunteer effort is one of many taking place at CBIZ’s 100-plus offices across the country, as each of CBIZ’s more than 4,000 employees is encouraged to volunteer in local offices.

“Having a safe place to live in the community is a crucial part of recovery for those living with a mental illness or addiction,” said Debra M. Paul, FHR President & CEO. “We are grateful for the staff at CBIZ Tofias who are enhancing the houses that the individuals in our care call home.”

“CBIZ has remained successful because we focus on our clients and on our team members, and we choose to volunteer our time because we care about the communities in which we live, work and play,” said Jerry Grisko, CBIZ Inc. President and CEO. “Volunteering for local causes gives our team members an opportunity to work together outside of the office to further develop our professional and personal relationships.”
