Clubhouse Generalist

Responsibilities: The Clubhouse Generalist is in the Culinary and Operations Unit, but may require to fill in at other units as needed. The Culinary Unit prepares meals for up to 40 people and is also responsible for the building maintenance. The Peer Specialist must be a person with lived experience defined as having experienced a mental health condition resulting in significant life disruption. Additionally the CPS must practice active listening skills and be willing to share one’s own recovery experience. Ideally the CPS should be familiar with Wellness Recovery Action Planning (WRAP), and be open to becoming certified as a WRAP group facilitator, and be able to facilitate a peer support group. ACCS Licensed Clinician Specializing in Transitional Aged Youths

Responsibilities: Transition Age Youth Services (TAYS) Clinicians provide intensive strategies to address any current need for stabilization, crisis intervention and individual focused treatment.
